The price you see is the price you pay. Fitting is included — there is no separate labour charge and nothing added at collection. You see the figure before you book, and it doesn't move — and you're not driving to Milton Keynes to get a genuine Apple part fitted.
Why we can keep it close to Apple's own part price
The part that comes out of your device goes back to Apple for credit. That credit is what keeps our prices close to Apple's own part prices rather than well above them.

Apple prices are published on this site because we're an authorised provider and Apple publishes its rates. For every other make we look at it first, tell you what it needs, and quote you before we start. Pick your make and we'll come back to you.
We also repair Windows laptops and PCs, iPods and drones. If your make isn't listed, call 01604 931 212 — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

The whole county, covered.
We collect from anywhere in Northamptonshire and bring it back when it is done. £10 across Northampton, £20 everywhere else. One fee, there and back, agreed before we set off.

iPhone screen, same afternoon
I arrived at 4:00, toward the end of the day, especially on a Friday, and an hour later I was leaving with my shiny new iPhone screen. They have the comfiest chair to wait in, and the chap even made me a cup of tea with some shortbread biscuits. I was certainly not expecting that.

How long does an iPhone screen repair take?
Most screen and battery repairs are done the same day when we have the part on the shelf. We do not stock every part for every model — genuine Apple parts are ordered in for your device — so we tell you at the point of booking whether it is a same-day job or a wait.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
Yes. We are an Apple Independent Repair Provider, so we buy parts, tools and diagnostics from Apple directly. On iPhone screens we also offer a good-quality aftermarket option if you would rather spend less, and we tell you plainly what the difference is.
Will a repair affect my Apple warranty?
If your device is still inside Apple's warranty or covered by AppleCare, take it to Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider — the repair may cost you nothing, and the Independent Repair Provider programme is for out-of-warranty work. Once you're outside it there's no Apple cover left to affect: our own work carries a 90-day warranty, batteries a year, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act stay with you either way. Yes, anywhere in Northamptonshire. £10 across Northampton itself (NN1 to NN5) and £20 for the rest of the county, there and back.
